Due to the nature of these items, there are NO RETURNS. 

A non-refundable fee will be due at the time of order. This amount will be half the cost of the item and will go towards the total balance of your order. Cash is preferred but CashApp is also accepted. 
Discounts for First Responders with valid ID (badge, credentials, etc.). 
Shipping will be between $8 and $40. I will give an estimate of the shipping cost once I know the item. 

Most items are customizable. If you do not see an item that you like, please send a message and I will see if I can find a pattern or create one. Most items can be completed within a week. However, a large item (such as a blanket or throw) will take longer. I will give you an estimated date when you decide on the item. 

Please keep in mind that I do not own the rights to these characters and have used items from online to help create the image. If you would like to know where I got a certain pattern, please contact me and I will send you the link (if it is still available). 

Finally, if you have an allergy to specific yarns, please let me know. I use mostly acrylic and cotton blends but if you need a specific type (100% cotton or wool, etc.) it can be done for an additional cost.
